Project CAPTURED has secured regulatory support from the European Union and the International Maritime Organization for onboard carbon capture in shipping. The milestones recognize permanently mineralized captured CO2 for EU emissions compliance and support carbon mineralization as a permanent storage method, strengthening the commercial and regulatory foundation for maritime carbon capture.
