Carbon Clean, a leader in revolutionizing carbon capture solutions, announced a strategic supplier framework agreement with Julius Montz (Montz), a German company fully owned by global engineering company Koch Engineered Solutions (KES).
Carbon Clean announced the launch of its breakthrough CycloneCC C1 series, marking the penultimate stage in the technology’s commercialization. The CycloneCC C1 unit is fully modular and columnless, achieving a height reduction of 70% compared to conventional solutions.
JSW Steel, Carbon Clean, and BHP are collaborating to accelerate deployment of carbon capture technology for steelmaking decarbonization, following the signing of a joint study agreement between the parties. Carbon Clean has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with AGRA Industries, an established leader in the design, fabrication and complete construction of turnkey facilities. Under the strategic partnership, AGRA Industries and Carbon Clean will collaborate to provide Carbon Clean’s semi-modular CaptureX technology to companies in agriculture-related sectors, including the production of biofuel ethanol and sustainable aviation fuels.
Carbon Clean has achieved a fabrication milestone on Ørsted’s FlagshipONE project, Europe’s largest commercial-scale eMethanol facility under construction. The first equipment has been mounted on the structural steel of the first module, marking the start of the module assembly process. Once operational, Carbon Clean’s technology will be capable of capturing 70,000 tonnes of biogenic CO2 per year for Ørsted’s facility in Örnsköldsvik, Sweden.
