Heidelberg Materials North America announced it has finalized award negotiations with the U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) Office of Clean Energy Demonstrations (OCED). Following negotiations, OCED awarded the Mitchell Cement Plant Decarbonization Project as part of its Industrial Demonstrations Program with $300,000 to begin Phase 1 of the project.
